Administrative Law Specialist in Germany
As a part of public law, administrative law regulates the legal relationship between citizens and the State. It constitutes the legal basis for all public authorities on a country, state and regional level. There is often some tension between the citizen and the State, as the State is placed, to an extent, above the citizen in the hierarchy. Therefore, the State can make decisions that are binding on citizens, unless the citizen affected lodges an objection within the prescribed time limit. It is thus not rare for this relationship to be characterised by complex conflicts, which makes competent legal support indispensable for the citizen.
We can advise and represent you in administrative law matters at our offices in Aachen, Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and throughout all of Germany.
