Once we’ve received your application documents, we’ll review them carefully. If your profile matches what we’re looking for, we’ll invite you to a face-to-face or online interview. Once all interviews have been completed, we’ll make our decision and get back to you as soon as possible. If we’re a good fit, the next step will be to discuss the details of your employment contract. Do you have any questions about a advertised position? We’re always happy to help.

For your application, we require a detailed covering letter, your up-to-date CV and any relevant certificates. We’d like to use your documents not only to assess your qualifications, but also to find out why you’d like to join the SE-Legal team.

You can expect a team that will give you a warm welcome! Your first day at SE-Legal begins with an onboarding session. During this, you’ll get to know your new colleagues, the firm, its structures and the key processes. You’ll also be provided with your technical equipment and given an introduction to the main software programmes. Afterwards, you’ll start your new daily routine alongside your team.

Your induction will be structured, tailored to your needs and carried out alongside your team. You will be guided through your new responsibilities and given an introduction to the software and systems you will be using. Experienced colleagues will support you throughout, taking the time to answer your questions and helping you along the way. This will allow you to settle in step by step and develop both professionally and personally.

Yes, you’ll be based at one of our offices in Aachen, Cologne or Düsseldorf. At the same time, you can also work at our other offices. You can easily book your workspace in advance via our booking system. This gives you the opportunity to work flexibly whilst also interacting face-to-face with colleagues at all our offices.

Working from home is generally possible, but it depends on your role within the firm. During your induction period, you will usually be based in the office so that we can support you as effectively as possible. Afterwards, we will decide together when and to what extent you can work from home.
